Volunteer Descriptions

SET UP: Trail marking, cone placements, sign placements, hand out vests, set up Start/Finish Line

REGISTRATION TABLES: Check-in, packets, number bibs (Duath) chip bands (Triath). Provide direction for bikes, start line

RACE START/FINISH LINE: Guide kids, provide directions, check bib placements on bikes

RACE GUIDES: Answer parent questions, give direction. instructions

ROUTE GUIDES: Distributed along route with flags, give directions.

AWARDS: Trophies, raffle

CLEAN UP: load trailer, assist

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITES

Set-up (5 volunteers): 6:00 am to 12:00 noon

Early Morning Registration Table (6 volunteers): 6:00 am-9:00 am

Mid-Morning Registration Table (6 volunteers): 10:00 am-1:00 pm

Morning Duathlon (Spearfish Park): 7:00 am-12:00 noon

Afternoon: Triathlon (BHSU Young Center), 12:00 noon-4:00 pm
